Whereas the partners agree to the following:

1. The Clients Manager agrees to provide clients to the Facebook Page Manager.

2. The Clients Manager agrees to pay the Facebook Page Manager R300 p/m per client on the last day of the month. This amount can only be changed upon agreement between the partners.

3. The Facebook Page Manager agrees to manage the successful execution of Facebook page management for the clients provided by the Clients Manager.

4. The Clients Manager agrees to manage all the communication and admin for the clients.

5. The Clients Manager agrees to provide the Facebook Page Manager with training & digital tools.

6. The Facebook Page Manager agrees to provide page management services to Copesetics for free as a token of appreciation for the training.

7. The Facebook Page Manager agrees to meet with the Clients Manager online at least once a week.

8. The Facebook Page Manager agrees to spend at least 1 hour daily working on clients provided by the Clients Manager.

9. The partners agree that they can both work with/for other clients/companies freely.

10. The partners agree that they can end this agreement anytime after a 28-day notice.

11. This partnership will begin on the date signed and stay effective until it is updated or when either partner decides to end it.

12. This agreement shall be governed and superseded by the constitution of South Africa.
