Whereas the partners agree to the following:

1. The Clients Manager agrees to provide clients to the Facebook Ads Manager.

2. The Clients Manager agrees to pay the Facebook Ads Manager R500 p/m per client on the last day of the month. This amount can only be changed upon agreement between the partners.

3. The Facebook Ads Manager agrees to manage the successful execution of Facebook ad management for the clients provided by the Clients Manager.

4. The Clients Manager agrees to manage all the communication and admin for the clients.

5. The Clients Manager agrees to provide the Facebook Ads Manager with training & digital tools.

6. The Facebook Ads Manager agrees to provide ads management services for the Clients Manager's brand (Copesetics) for free as a token of appreciation for the training.

7. The Facebook Ads Manager agrees to meet with the Clients Manager online at least once a week.

8. The Facebook Ads Manager agrees to spend at least 1 hour daily working on clients provided by the Clients Manager.

9. The partners agree that they can both work with/for other clients/companies freely.

10. The partners agree that they can only end this agreement after giving a 28-day notice. Failure to give a 28-day notice will lead to no payment for the month.

11. This partnership will begin on the date signed and stay effective until it is updated or when either partner decides to end it.

12. This agreement shall be governed and superseded by the constitution of South Africa.
