Whereas the partners agree to the following:

1. The Clients Manager agrees to provide clients to the Google Ads Manager.

2. The Clients Manager agrees to pay the Google Ads Manager R500 p/m per client on the last day of the month. This amount can only be changed upon agreement between the partners.

3. The Google Ads Manager agrees to manage the successful execution of Google Ads for the clients provided by the Clients Manager.

4. The Clients Manager agrees to manage all the communication and admin for the clients.

5. The Clients Manager agrees to manage all the strategic aspects of the Google Ads.

6. The Clients Manager agrees to provide the Google Ads Manager with access to advanced digital tools and/or training.

7. The Google Ads Manager agrees to provide Google Ads services to Copesetics (the Clients Manager's company) for free as a token of appreciation for the digital tools.

8. The Google Ads Manager agrees to meet with the Clients Manager online at least once a week.

9. The Google Ads Manager agrees to spend at least 1 hour daily working on clients provided by the Clients Manager.

10. The partners agree that they can both work with/for other clients/companies freely.

11. The partners agree that they can end this agreement anytime after a 28-day notice.

12. This partnership will begin on the date signed and stay effective until it is updated or when either partner decides to end it.

13. This agreement shall be governed and superseded by the constitution of South Africa.
